To find a company worst than ACE you'll have to look far and wide. I have Asbestosis and was covered under NY "Comp" law. Their payments are always behind and not up to date, they refuse to pay for prescribed equipment. They neither respond to telephone calls or FAX's. Their previous address at P.O. Box 1350, Buffalo NY, 14240-9940 returns my registered mail with no forwarding address. I am now looking to reopen my case under NY "Comp" against Otis Elevator/United Technology. "Good Luck with ACE" ???. |
